I’m going to try something out. Track party Tuesdays in 100 words or less! Because I can’t do wordless. The commentary is where it’s at! But these words don’t count. Because I needed this one time to explain the thing. Silly rabbit.
The before: I wrote the plan on my hand to help remember without carrying paper.
The after: I sweat off part of the plan. But ended with <12 minute mile running splits! (Not shown. Me, gasping for air. It got toasty out there)
And the way after: Compression socks, 1/2 cup of chocolate chip ice cream, and the 60 pages of report I’m procrastinating with this post to avoid.
